After you return to this 3875-sq-ft villa, you can unwind by the seasonal outdoor pool (enjoy the sun loungers!) or sip a drink in the garden; you may also like the patio and beach/pool umbrellas. For a change of scenery, come inside and try your hand at table tennis, or enjoy the free WiFi, cable/satellite TV, and DVD player.

As you settle into this 7-bedroom, 7-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room, a BBQ grill, a fireplace, and air conditioning. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, a bidet, and towels. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, as well as an espresso maker and cookware. And you won't have to pack extra clothes, because you'll also have a washer/dryer.

We would be very pleased if you could pass on our thanks to both Aida and Massimo who acted as perfect hosts for our villa. We are sorry that our Italian is not up to explaining our thanks in the local language. The only comment we can think of to improve the whole experience would be if the directions to the property could be updated, since on ‘final approach’ the lone pine tree is no longer standing – and confused all three groups that drove to the property. Other than that, the greeting (along with grapes and olive oil), the help during our stay, the house, pool, gardens, location, ability to walk to town, local restaurants, etc was absolutely perfect. Thank you.
