Many pros with this property. As a family of 6 we had plenty of space and the AC kept us cool at night. The cafe down stairs is wonderful and location unmatched.
The only con is that the beds are a bit worn and I could feel the springs. If the property owners invested in some bed pads I think this would be a bear perfect rental.

The apartments were nice and clean and they were also well located. The restaurant downstairs is really good and the gentleman in the restaurant downstairs was very friendly and very accommodating. He runs a restaurant on his own and does a fantastic job.
