Great hotel with an excellent location, just a short walk from Venice Santa Lucia train station. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the price was very reasonable.
Breakfast was included, which was a nice surprise and added great value to the stay. The service was outstanding, and they were also able to store our luggage at no extra cost.
With such a convenient location, fair price, and great attention from the staff, this hotel made our visit to Venice much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Had a lift. Breakfast was good but items got exhausted very early. Hot water issue occurred repeatedly in rooms 406 and 408 even after informing them.
