This spot is a fantastic location for your visit to the beach. The unit is spotless and well equipped, plus the host fantastic, and the location is just about perfect. It’s two or three blocks off the beach at 12th St., so you’re close to all the action without paying Boardwalk prices. We highly recommend this location and will definitely be back!

The wife and I took our sons on their first vacation and this rental was a perfect location to experience OCMD. It wasn’t too close to the boardwalk to be bothered by the late night noise, but just a short morning walk to setup shop on the beach. We would recommend a stroller or wagon for children as the walk can be taxing on them. The unit had plenty of room for my in-laws to stay with us and provide the extra support we needed. Only negative was there is only one bathroom and it is rather small. Other than that, would definitely book again!

The place was nice but the beds, pillows, sheets, and towels need an upgrade and the floors could use a mopping
