As someone who doesn’t travel much and if anything a hotel is the go-to choice, I would encourage everyone to try this bed and breakfast. This place also made it super easy to get to most
places, river, restaurants, schillerbahn and bars were all around 10 mins away. Both hosts were super welcoming and nice! Breakfast was a 10/10

The owner is so seeet such a nice little lady and her son. The house was clean but is an old house to its not modern. It def gave me my grandmas house vibes, whoch we absolutely loved! Its alsoin a great location just 3 miles or so from Gruene Hall. Breakfast was nice and fun to hear about how this place came about. Appreciate the kindness and the friends we made.

Incredible stay with Margy (mom) and Darrell (her son)! We loved the schoolhouse that she purchased for $1,600 at auction and had moved 15 miles to their property! The main house was built in 1847 just two years after New Braunfels became a city!
We loved the free wine, beer, and ice cream at the main house with unlimited access at all hours. The breakfast was a great offering with plenty of time to make strangers into friends!
