Very clean. Pool is nice and beach access was very close.

We liked the condo and really liked Tybee Island. The condo was clean and very well appointed. All appliances were in great shape. It was difficult to get our luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the elevator. We were on the 3rd floor. It was very difficult to contact management when we had questions. No one would answer the telephone and a return call was 4 hours later.

We had a wonderful stay overall. The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. While the building could use some updates, the beachfront location was fantastic. The beach was quiet, beautiful, and full of dolphins during our stay.
The only negative was the check-in experience. We arrived early, fully understanding that our room would not be ready until check-in time, and simply asked if we could obtain a parking pass while we waited. The front desk attendant was unexpectedly rude and unwelcoming from the moment we arrived. I was told to wait an hour for a parking pass with two small children. Throughout our interactions, she was dismissive, irritated, and offered no basic courtesy.
Fortunately, the property itself was excellent and made up for an otherwise disappointing first impression.
