The room was clean, a few small inconveniences but once I advised the staff it was taken care of almost immediately. It is a huge inconvenience that you cannot check in until 4pm but have to check out by 11am. Seriously if you are having people check in until 4 then we should be able to check out until 4!!

Staff was helpful! Grounds were beautiful and well kept. Wish we had known that the second bedroom was a loft. We had small children and elderly person which made the loft challenging.

The one specific condo on J bldg was very rundown and infested with bugs, not sure if it was fruit flies since they were larger. Upstairs was very disgusting. We did our best to stay, but it was getting intolerable.
