The breakfast was lovely, the only downside was the lack of hot vegetarian options. Other than that the selection was superb. My friend wanted hot milk to make her porridge and to the two ladies looking after the area, Prossy and Grace this was no problem. In fact they anticipated her need and were prepared with hot milk, as soon as they saw her. They went above and beyond in their service.
The breakfast area was a little small and busy, but we always found seats
I didn't like the carpet in the hallway, it looked grubby. The carpet they had in the stairwell would have been much better suited for the hallway. There was some noise from guests walking up and down in the room above, but this wasn't a problem later in the evening. eg when we were ready for bed

the beds were really comfy, and the location was perfect as we were doing a trip to Edmonton mall. the room was great and the free breakfast was yum !! shower products were really good and the free condition body wash and shampoo were a lovely add on. wasn't too noisy
had to fill out a pdf form on phone which was difficult because we had to download sed pdf file and draw all the info on it instead of just having a form on the website that lets you fill it out.

"Un bon séjour dans un hotel très propre et surtout avec un parking très sécurisé à pour ceux qui sont véhiculés. Très bien situé également; non loin du Mall avec des restaurants dans les environs"
