What I liked: Really cozy room with AC and fan. The location is a little bit hidden in a little alleyway. At night it's quiet. The shower has good water pressure and it heats up instantly. There are some toiletries in the bathroom like shampoo, soap, toilet paper and a little bit of first aid kit. Two small toilet paper rolls are provided if you need more you just ask and he will give you. I even got a big bottle of water when I arrived. Internet / Wi-Fi it's good 60 MB download and 70 MB upload. I had a projector in my room where I could connect my laptop too and watch movies on it that was quite cool too. The mattress is on the harder side, I liked it. Super friendly host's. He can help you with a lot of stuff from currency exchange to pick up from airport or drive to the airport and very cheap SIM cards and so much more. He also knows some amazing spots to eat out. The Host is always there for you and quite easy to contact via WhatsApp. Location-wise I must say I really like the spot, in 5-7 minutes you are in the center of old quarters. In 8-10 minutes at the train street. And around 10-15 minutes you will be at Hoan Kiem Lake. And so many more attractions close by like the war museum, the Mausoleum... And for everything else that you don't want to walk to there are Grab drivers around every corner or just use the app.

What I didn't liked as much: The steps up to your floor are a bit steep and small but if you have been traveling around Asia that's really normal. And the host carries up your luggage so you don't need to worry about that

Các vật dụng đầy đủ và điều thú vị là mọi thứ đều be bé như chính căn phòng như bạn có thể thấy bên dưới: bàn ủi hơi nước,máy chiếu,máy sấy và bình đun. Vì nhà nằm trong hẻm cách mặt đường nên khá yên tĩnh,trong khu phố mn cũng không ồn ã mấy. Điểm cộng lớn là sự tiếp đón,chăm sóc ân cần của chị Vân và anh Trí đem lại sự ấm áp,họ hướng dẫn tôi về chi tiết chỗ ở,những địa điểm ăn uống và một số mẹo ở HN khiến tôi bỏ qua mọi bất cập về phòng. Họ sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khi tôi cần sự giúp đỡ và còn gửi tôi 1 ít trái cây lộc ở cửa phòng. Một vài hành động nhỏ thôi nhưng ấn tượng rất tốt.

Nice size room and helpful guy that responds well in whatsapp. Location is a bit outside old quarter but that's OK. Very fresh and clean bedding and towels.

It is nearly impossible to find if you don't contact the owner. Unfortunately, the bathroom isn't in your room but outside next door. This isn't mentioned on booking. It is a bit strange because it is in the hallway so everybody could use it because you can't lock it from the outside. Maybe we were unlucky but it was very very loud at night. People making noise like dishwashing at 5 am in the morning. Yelling at 6 am for almost 1 hour.. Dogs Barking. We slept in old quarter before but that wasn't as noisy. I know that's not their fault but because of that we wouldn't return. There is a lot of light from neighbours, so bring earplugs and eyeshades. Walking with borrowed flip-flops on a narrow stairs is a bit tricky.
