Great area and was the perfect size for our needs. It had everything we needed. The pool was convenient and it was a very short walk to the beach.
The door to laundry area blocked the dryer. Wished the door opened out instead.

It’s was good
I think the floor could have been cleaner mopped and carpet shampooed but as far as that it was good

Location.
Dirty grill, that immediately caught fire when lite. Kitchen draw repair was right down dangerous. No washcloths for the bathroom. TV didn't work in upstairs bedroom. Pest Control was given the pass code to the townhouse for inspection, they attempted entrance (no notice was given to us).
Maintenance left a lot to be desired.
