Chuveiro muito bom, mas tinha horas que ele ficava mais frio. A cozinha muito boa, tinha tudo que precisamos. Muito boa localização.
A cama achei muito mole

Good Position close to the city center and from Miami beach. Good price quality ratio. Décent size for thé appartement
It could bé cleaner. No way to clean by yourself either. Thé air con is very noisy at night and thé bed are not confortable

Apt. was nice and clean. Had great kitchen and TV was huge!
I didn't like the bed (too hard for me), but others might love it! The little appt buildings and grounds were cute and well maintained.
RULES!! You have to clean up really well or they will charge $75 or more, depending on what they decided: They do provide them on the refrigerator. I think a couple examples are: if the dishes aren't washed - $75 charge; if you don't take your garbage out before you leave - $75 charge...
There were a bunch of items.
But, i.found the positives.well out weighed the inconvenience of being the gues AND housekeeper.
