Most everything about it was incredible.
The problem was checking in and finding it in the first place. It was an absolute nightmare, first of all the published address changed, and this threw everything into chaos. When all was said and done, it was the same building, but was on a corner and had two different addresses. They need to sort that out because it just makes you think there is fraud going on. However, once we did bang on unmarked doors till we finally found it, they allowed us to check in early and someone was there early, which is a big big bonus in Europe. Checking in is a nightmare in Europe. The problem is they take 3 to 4 hours off in the middle of the day and many just leave so if you’re close and trying to turn over your lodging, you’re stuck with your bags for hours and can’t leave them with the property, it is as I say a reoccurring nightmare in Europe.

La struttura si presenta bene, ma poi all interno della stanza abbiamo riscontrato diversi deficit: asciugamani sporchi che sono stati sostituiti su ns richiesta, dispenser saponi e bagnoschiuma vuoti, minibar assente cioè solo un frigo vuoto, non ci sono stati forniti i codici wifi, rubinetti mal funzionanti, doccino vasca senza supporto alto. TV non funzionante
