Everything was extremely great. Room was new and well maintained and super clean. Host, Luca, was nice and quick to react on any questions/asks, great service.
Amazing value for money and quite close to the old town and metro station.
One minor con is location a bit deep into the private houses area with some destroyed buildings nearby.
Nothing bad I personally faced but might be a bit uncomfortable for female solo travelers.
