Limpio, amplio, más o menos bien equipado.
No ventiladores. Dos sartenes y una absolutamente rayada, para tirar a la basura. Hay lavadora, muy bien. Pero pierde agua y se le avisa al dueño y en vez de estar contento por avisarle: 1- “no disguste que todo ok?” (Obviamente hasta que no se usa no se puede saber 2- después de mi contestación no responde, eso es falta de educación.

Good location near several options of public transport and a grocery store nearby, clean white sheets and towels, nice shower, comfortable bed, cute dining table, motorised window shades.
Ground floor with windows directly on a rather active street, the ventilation in the apartment is lacking and the AC doesn't really work. Smaller issues - the entrance lock being tricky to open and getting stuck, no additional towels for hand drying and the shower floor, uncomfortable flat pillows, the dishwasher wasn't unloaded after previous guests, ductape on the bedroom door handle, a mess in the closet and inside the couch, tiny trash bin. Expensive for what it is.
