Reception staffs are good. Daily 2 bottles water provided. Neat and clean room. Cleaning of room as guest needs done. Food provided in time as scheduled. Good for family stay. Calm hotel at busy area. Room size is reasonably good. TV, Wifi included. Car parking available.
Limited car parking. Need to surrender our Car key at the reception as the car parking area is little small. but can park 6 cars within the limited area. Risk involved while parking and leaving the car park area in the busy road. No kitchen to have morning bed coffee which will be bought from outside dusty road side coffee shops by the maid-servants.

The hotel is easily accessible from Chennai Central and Egmore railway stations, and the city bus stand is right next to the hotel (0 miles away).
The cleanliness of the room and washroom needs to be better.
