The room was scrupulously clean and the location was great. Easy access to metro and tram stations. Staff was welcoming and made sure I was well taken care of.

We had a great time during our stay. The weather reached 93 degrees, so it was quite hot. It was wonderful to return to a place with excellent air conditioning and a nice shower. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable.
I do have two small notes to be mindful of. First, the apartment is located on the second floor, which I did not realize initially. The main concierge is not connected to the room you are staying in. Second, in the mornings, the hallway with other guests can be a bit noisy due to doors opening and closing or conversations in the hallway.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.

We stayed for one night and had a very comfortable stay. Customer service was perfect, helping us with directions from the airport and how to use the metro and tram system. Very kind to leave fruit and water in the room and hygiene items too.
Only 10 minutes on the tram to duomo. Once inside, felt safe and comfortable
