This was my 2nd time staying at this property and each time I stayed for over 14 days. The property & the staff are absolutely amazing. They endure guests are taken care of.
One little suggestion is that I wish they provided more towels in the bathroom and other bathroom toiletries like lotion etc, especially for guests in their suites.

The interior of the building and suite was excellent. That said there were several significant drawbacks:
1. Driving in, the below street parking entrance is immediately off a busy city street. The entrance gate is at the sidewalk is closed and is NO automatic gate opening and even with blowing the car horn there was no response. My wife had to get out and go to reception and someone came out with a hand-held door opener device. Meanwhile I kept my car parked across the sidewalk as I felt it was dangerous to back out onto a busy city street without good vision. Same thing happened the next day when we returned after a morning out.
The system there is a camera focused on the parking entrance sending to a screen at the reception desk. BUT if there is no-one watching the camera, or at the desk, then the parking door does not open.
2. The bedroom was very nice. But in all my years of going to hotels this is the first time there was no bedside lamp or at least a bedside light switch. One has to get up out of bed to access thee light switch on the wall near the door in order to turn off the overhead light.
3. The ventilation system in the hall on our floor was incredibly loud. Finally it was turned off after midnight.
