Space, convenience and privacy. And the view.
Great clothes washing facilities too.
We would prefer a king size bed but this was as advertised.

Great location, great apartment and everything works.
Cleaning was OK, but the property and furnishings are showing some wear and tear.

View, patio, location, ambiance
Couches not comfortable, no drip coffee maker. When raining water drips off upper floor onto roof outside master bedroom-loud.
