Our experience with Beachball Properties itself was positive. The reservation process, communication, and check-in were all easy and straightforward. Unfortunately, the disappointment began once we arrived at the property. Both the exterior and interior are in serious need of maintenance and updating. The photos on the Beachball Properties website do not accurately reflect the current condition of the home. The outside of the house appears worn and neglected. Inside, the condition was even more concerning. The walls need fresh paint, the vinyl flooring is separating in several areas, the stairway carpet is old and stained, paint is peeling from the cabinets, and one of the upstairs bathrooms is missing a mirror. Overall, the home feels dated and poorly maintained. We also found the kitchen to be inadequately stocked. Most short-term rentals we've stayed in have provided a reasonable selection of cookware, utensils, and basic kitchen supplies for preparing meals. This property had very few usable items, making it difficult to cook for our group. It's disappointing because the property has a lot of potential. It comfortably accommodated our large group, and the location is convenient to the public beach, which are the main reasons I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1. However, in its current condition, the home does not match the expectations set by the listing photos, and its overall state reflects poorly on Beachball Properties.

Clean rooms and great location.

This is a Great Property, the over all appearance is nice. There are a lot of superficial bumps and scraps. But over all this is a very nice place to relaxing and enjoy Gulf Shores.

The house is plenty big and spacious and the location is great. But the condition of the house is more suited for bachelor party, fishing trip. Not really a family getaway. The place is dirty.
