The location of this apartment is fantastic! Quiet neighborhood, yet very close to tons of food and shopping. Just a short walk to Saint Marks Square and the action of the Grand Canal. The apartment itself was fantastic for a family of four. Having two bathrooms is a must when you travel as a family. Everything within the apartment functioned properly and was very clean. The host was great to work with and had very timely and accurate communication. They even offered to mail us an item that was accidentally left behind which is above an beyond. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at this apartment and loved our time in Venice!

Great location and walking distance to everything it seemed. Apartment has Air conditioning, which was essential. Two bathrooms made it easy to get ready with our family

The apartment itself met expectations, but the property management experience was less than ideal, leading to a stressful stay. In a hindsight we would be better off getting 2 rooms in the hotel. The living room seemed more spacious in photos than in reality, especially with the unfolded sofa bed, limiting navigation. Noise from upstairs neighbors disrupted our sleep. Essential amenities like hand soap, washing detergent, and coffee capsules were not provided. The TV remote malfunctioned due to dead batteries (and the suggested solution was to take batteries from AC remote). Garbage disposal required waiting for the garbage man or finding a garbage disposal at St. Angelo square. Communication also presented challenges: The professionalism of communication were lacking, especially when reporting issues. They eventually brought in batteries for remote but in a wrong size despite providing clear information and picture of the batteries needed. The last straw was when a Faville Tours representative wrote to me that I never informed them that there were 5 of us in the apartment (even though I have a record of VRBO messaging prior to our arrival where it clearly states "2 adults and 3 kids"). At this point, I had enough and stopped messaging with them. The link they sent for guest registration prior to arrival didn't have an option to add more than 2 guests. It was never my intention to misinform anybody. Next time we are in Venice, we will book a hotel to avoid the stress
