Great beds, amazing location, and very helpful staff
A little noisy

Great location. Had clothes washer in unit. Free umbrella use.
Smelled like smoke strongly despite being a non smoking unit . Would have been nice to have a bath mat.

The property is very clean. You have everything in the room. Very accessible to places. The owner is very kind and friendly. Enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend it.

great location: on the yamanote line (like a minute walk from the station), near 3 different convenience stores + karaoke and donki, walking distance (15 minutes) to shinjuku and kabukicho centre.
we felt that the room was spacious enough for two people. the beds are a great size for one person.
the kitchen was very well equipped and the wifi worked great
i get that it’s difficult to clean perfectly, but finding hair in the bathtub is never a pleasant surprise.
the mattress is not very high quality - you can feel the springs of it poking you as you lie there.
also there is a lot of noise from the street so i recommend you bring earplugs.
this is not a nice accommodation (overall a little shabby), but it’s what the money gets you in such an excellent location. i find it passable for budget travelers :)
