Garden apartment is spacious and and the kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, comfy beds and bathroom. Lots of windows and French windows to let fresh air into the apartment. Unbeatable is the outdoor sitting area and terrace with a view of the Mediterranean. The large oak tree growing next to the house acts as a natural parasol, to keep the terrace cool most of the day. Local grocery store and the beach within very easy walking distance. The perfect place for 4 people.
It didn't bother me at all but the coastal train runs very close to the house and so every once in a while there is a brief noise of the train rushing by until it disappears into the next tunnel.

The apartment was excellent with small ocean views. It was cool and air-conditioned in a heat wave and only 5 min from the public beach. The patio garden was a highlight, perfect place to rest and eat dinner in the evening. Train station was an easy walk away. Fittings and appliances were great and the owner was very helpful. Highly recommended.

L'appartamento non può assolutamente ricevere più di 4 ospiti perché il divano letto non è per nulla idoneo ad accogliere persone (oltretutto in vacanza): materasso sottilissimo, converge al centro, scricchiola al minimo movimento. Davvero impossibile riposare.
