Great location
Nice bedrooms, spacious
Plenty of good facilities
Bad smell to carpet by lounge bay window
Not very clean, lots of cobwebs, dead bugs and unclean crockery.
Hot tub stopped heating, got told we had to change the filter ourselves.

Great location. Very comfortable beds
Looked a bit tired and was very disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t left on ready for us to use. We were only there two nights and couldn’t use it for the first night as it was too cold. We booked the property for the tub.

Perfect location, lots of space in the property, good entrance space for storing and taking boots and coats off and drying the dog
Wi fi code could have been left in the property, however the host responded very quickly when we contacted them

We loved Roseville Cottage especially as all eight of us were able to sit together around the dining table and the kids loved the hot tub
It’s not that we didn’t like it and were made aware that you need to carry your bags up a path to the cottage from the road
