Great location, restaurants & downtown within walking distance. Great to have a kitchenette, and washer during an extended visit!
Smoking nearby units should be limited or relegated to a particular area to keep the smoke out.

The location is fantastic, couldn't be closer to downtown. Perfect if you are staying for work, has everything you need. Was there for close to two weeks.
Nothing - all was good.

A wonderful apartment hotel with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is well-equipped, featuring a large TV with a sofa, full kitchen amenities, a washer-dryer, and underfloor heating. It was warm and very cozy overall.
It can be quite busy, but that’s typical for an apartment hotel, so it’s not really a downside.

Noise of young people running round late.
Only way to cool down apartment was to open front door, resulting in kids walking in to the apartment.
I had to leave early mentioned two days before leaving but was still charged for the whole booking.
This would not have happened in e.g. Radisson.
