The staff were very friendly, cheerful, and helpful, including the beach, restaurant, and reception teams. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, the food quality was excellent, and the sea was clean and beautiful. Also , I arrived at the hotel early, at 12 PM, and my room was ready and handed over to me just one hour later, which I really appreciated.

This is my second stay, and I noticed some differences compared to my first stay. For example, there were no snacks in the mini bar, such as chips and biscuits. Only juices were available. Regarding the restaurant, while I was having dinner, the restaurant manager saw my half-board wristband, which allows me to have breakfast and dinner, and asked me if I had booked dinner as well. He also asked for my room number. I felt uncomfortable and disrespected, As if I were not a half-board guest and was trying to have dinner without paying, even though he could clearly see that I was wearing the dinner wristband. I found this very rude and disrespectful , I reported the issue, and an apology was offered to me. However During my first stay, the manager was very polite, friendly, and welcoming. Sometimes, they even offered complimentary drinks. I also did not receive welcoming during check-in as I did during my first visit. Regarding housekeeping, on my last day, I asked the housekeeping staff to give me just 10 minutes because I was about to go downstairs. However, when I returned 2 hours later, I found the room exactly as I had left it. It had not been cleaned. During my first stay, the housekeeping staff used room fragrances that made the room smell lovely and feel fresh. This time, no fragrances were used, and the room did not have the same pleasant atmosphere.

Nous avons absolument adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel, qui a été une véritable expérience exceptionnelle du début à la fin ! Tout était parfait : de l’accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée jusqu’à notre départ. L’emplacement est idéal, les infrastructures sont magnifiques et très bien entretenues, et la propreté est irréprochable aussi bien dans les chambres que dans les espaces communs. Le petit déjeuner et le buffet étaient également excellents, avec beaucoup de choix et une belle qualité des produits. Mais surtout, un immense bravo à l’ensemble du personnel, qui a été absolument formidable, chaleureux, souriant et toujours aux petits soins avec nous. C’est vraiment ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous repartons avec d’excellents souvenirs et recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés. Un séjour exceptionnel, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! ❤️
