.management was available for help almost all the time via whatsapp. Wifi was not working but management did their best to get an alternative dongle for our use ASAP.
Bathroom was good. Kitchen had a good stove oven too.. I liked the main bedroom. Plenty space for 4 in the whole property.. should anyone drive there. Free patking tickets are plentiful.
There are 2 key boxes on the door which confused us. And booking.com sent us an out of date key pin for it. Lucky we had contact with management to get the correct pin. Had it been raining we would have got soaked before getting hold of the key.
Sofas too low and deep for me so could have been more comfy.
Wouldve been nice if they provided guests with washing liquid. Most servoced accomodation do provide with cooking oil too. . Not enough toilet paper for 3 of us for our 5 day stay so we had to by more.

Communication throughout was brilliant, check in and out was easy, could park right outside the property, it looked just like the pictures.
It would be nice to have the back yard area decorated, maybe some artificial grass and seating, but I wouldn't say it's something I disliked.

Location, setting and ambiance. But the internet wasn’t working made the stay boring aside that everything was great

Bed was comfy and the property had plenty of space.
The property wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Dirt left on the carpets, bins not emptied, dusty and somewhat run down/ poorly maintained. Certainly not luxurious as described.
