i have booked this stay for over a month and once even try a cheaper stay but ended up booking here, its comfortable, clean and the staff is responsive, even the one bed room is adequately big compared to other stay in georgetown. i once had issue with one of the room but the staff responded as quick as they can and even compensate me. the staff is also very helpful, she even helped me out with my laundry(ofc i tipped her) but i rly appreciate her help for it.

this is prolly non issue but wish there's one more microwave catered to halal food. u could buy another microwave and labeled it halal only since i noticed there's plenty of muslims people stayed here, ofc its just a suggestion and i think plenty of people inc me would find it more convenient to stay longer and more frequent. the floor creeks a bit but i got used to it, but to whoever sensitive to that would find that tad bit troublesome

Convenient location for parking and nearer to restaurant and local kopitiam. Room spacious and comfortable for traveler, easy chekin and staff very friendly and helpful explaining the details. Really recommend to stay here and explore George town heritage city.

The staff was super friendly, even though they were not present often. They even let me use their landline to do some important calls as it didn't work with my phone. The location is excellent. All the doors are locked by code so you don't have to take chunky keys with you.

No chance of getting any sleep! Please look at the pictures of the triple room carefully! The windows have NO GLASS in them, it is just the wooden shutters, which means you will hear every motorbike or car at night as if it's driving past your bedside. But that's not even the worst thing: Just below the AC, there was a small dehumidifier box, which switches on EVERY 15 MINUTES 24/7 if you have the AC running. The box was so loud we couldn't even sleep with earplugs in, and turning off the AC would have given us a heatstroke at night. When asked about this, the staff apologised and said there was nothing they could do (I guess that's true as they are not the managers). Either the dehumidifer is broken or this hotel has no idea how loud it actually is. Please consider replacing or fixing this issue for the sake of future travellers' nerves! Thank you.
