Monica was really helpful, albeit Booking.com might suggest to its clients that they send entry details by email the day before arrival.
Again, another thing for Booking.com to consider suggesting to its clients: instructions on how to use the TV and how to access channels that they might be interested in viewing.

The location was great. You could see the Colosseum at the end of the street. Walkable to most places, restaurants and train station. Ilaria was fantastic with lots of useful information and clear instructions. she went out of her way to help us with a few questions we had.
I would highly recommend staying at Elegant 3 Bedrooms.
