Staff were great, pool was great room was fine for the price.
Wet clump of tissue on shower floor upon arrival. Communal fridge only at reception, but that worked ok- nothing went missing.

Really nice place with pool. Nice staff. Ardi, the responsible staff was always available for discussing details. They arranged private transport back to the ferry, which was also very comfortable.

Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie unterwegs und haben ein Häuschen ausserhalb des Komplexes erhalten, was für uns super war. Es hatte sogar eine kleine Küche. Es hat einen schönen Pool und sehr aufmerksames Personal. Tajung Aan Strand in 15 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Mosche in der Nähe mit lautem Gebet früh morgens (üblich auf Lombok)

The young male day manager at Trytan 1 was absolutely wonderful. Our power kept cutting out in our poolside double room and he went and got the overall manager quickly. We showed him that the fuses for the air con and fridge in our room were smaller than the other rooms and it was quickly fixed. Our room was large and clean, as was our teenagers poolside twin room. The rest of the staff at Trytan 1 were helpful and friendly. Nice pool. Close to great cafes. Easy to rent scooters. Easy to get to MotoGP.
The female day manager at Trytan 2 was quite unfriendly and unhelpful. My parents in their 70s had a double room there with no water coming out of their shower. They repeatedly told and showed her and she kept saying it was because of MotoGP. The other rooms had working showers (only cold water for all rooms) as did ours and our teens. Pretty shabby way to treat people in their 70s.
