Our room was wonderful. Extremely clean and cute decor. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable that we've had on this trip! We enjoyed the complimentary specialty coffees!! The staff is very friendly and gave us good recommendations to eat downtown. The town of Black Mountain is great! We wished we were staying longer.

Easy to get to. Very clean bedroom, living room and bathroom. Appreciated the snacks and complimentary coffee.

I thought Room 203 smelled like someone before us had been smoking/vaping in the room. Unless it came up thru the vents.

Beautiful cozy place. The coffee shop/bar looks like it could be from a TV show…awesome place

The restaurant we usually go to wasn’t open since it was Sunday, guess I can’t put that on them though.

Great bar staff. The hotel has lots of space for hanging out.

Room needed a deep clean. Surface areas were clean but couch was musty and tops of shelves and other areas were dusty.
