The location is walkable to holbox beach. The only thing I didn’t like that you can hear people talking at night.

The property was adequate for my purposes. The property is older and a little rough around the edges . The floors are concrete and need at least new paint. The structures are built with very thin lumber with some gaps that make the rooms very noisy. I usually rely on the star rating system during booking. I felt like this was very overrated.
