Summary:

4-bedroom townhouse for up to 9 guests in Compass Bay, a gated community in Kissimmee close to Disney and Universal. Two master suites (King and Queen) with private bathrooms, plus Mickey Mouse and Toy Story themed rooms the kids will love.



Community pool and BBQ area, full kitchen, washer/dryer, smart TVs in every bedroom and free parking. No resort fees. The whole townhouse is just for your group, with its own private entrance.

COMMUNITY

Compass Bay is a gated community with a shared pool and a social BBQ area, close to Disney and Universal.

Before arrival, we'll ask for your guest list so the community can issue a QR code for each guest. It's required to enter.



ESSENTIALS FOR YOUR FIRST NIGHT

We leave starter supplies so you can settle in. Additional supplies are not provided, so plan a quick grocery run.



Each bathroom: shampoo, conditioner, 1 bar soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 washcloths (more on request, up to 1 per guest per stay)

Towels: 1 per guest

Kitchen: paper towels, sponge, dish soap, dishwasher detergent and 2 trash bags

Laundry: 1 laundry detergent



CHECK-IN

Self check-in with a door code, sent before your arrival.



SECURITY DEPOSIT

A $300 refundable deposit is charged separately from the reservation. It's returned within 7 business days after check-out if there are no damages or cleaning issues. Stays of 28 nights or more require a $2,000 refundable deposit.



GOOD TO KNOW

- All bedrooms are upstairs.

- Home for vacation use only. No filming without prior authorization and no use as storage.
