A really lovely place in a perfect location in the town centre. Place was well-equipped, modern, yet homely. Very clean and well-kept. Superb place for the family to meet up. Very much enjoyed our stay.
There wasn't anything that we didn't like or felt could be improved.

We have submitted separate feedback to Pillow Partners about our stay which was 8 ppl, two families.
The flat was good, but improvements need to be made when catering for a party of 8.
The location is excellent and there is plenty of space.
We were only provided one set of keys which proved challenging for two families.
A couple of mattresses need replacing. There wasn’t enough glassware or mugs, no egg cups and the towels provided were thin and tiny. Worth noting that one bathroom for 8 ppl is challenging.
Additionally we asked about the remote controls to the fire and we’re not assisted to locate them. The flat can be cold at times so we had to leave the heating on overnight on occasion.
