The location was great and within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores.
The building needs to be restored. The upstairs tenants had a child that made a lot of noise while running around, although this is no fault of Booking.com. We did not feel the linens were fresh, and the apartment could provide nicer linens and more towels, including washcloths. Upon arrival, the dishwasher was completely full and should have been emptied before our arrival.

Very easy and convenient way to check-in via website, and easy to enter the building with the instructions given, very central location, quiet building, very comfortable beds/sofas, host is very responsive and friendly.
One of the showers has very weak stream and seemed to not have consistent hot water, wasn't a very big issue since we still had another shower to use, something happened and during our stay the building entrance code was changed without the host knowing so we got stuck outside for a bit but he resolved it quickly and we got the new code.
If not for that i'd probably give this apartment a 10/10

It was very clean
I wish we could have one more stand fan in the bedroom, some good tea bags. The zippers of the duvet covers and the pillow covers were broken.
