The location was very good and convenient, especially for a business trip.

There are a few areas that need improvement. The front office staff should be more polite, welcoming, and courteous towards guests. A warm and friendly approach would greatly improve the overall guest experience. Also, a complimentary drinking water bottle should be provided as a basic amenity. Unfortunately, no water bottle was provided during my stay. While a soap was provided, drinking water is also an essential basic requirement that should be taken care of. Overall, the location was good, but improvements in staff hospitality and basic guest amenities would make the stay much more comfortable.

Nothing to dislike.

I loved the look of the space, just as we see in the pictures. Also I loved that there is a wall mounted fan instead of a ceiling fan. I was happy with the room cleaning.

Just a few things like the shower was not tight n stable as per convenience. Also at the end of the floor there was collected garbage for more than half a day. Water was over on the floor. Was not refilled. The reception can call the cx in the room before room cleaning so that we aren't disturbed. On my stay, they buzzed the doorbell while I was talking in a meeting.
