A lovely, neat and tidy accommodation with attentive hosts. It was a great fit for a family of four and two grandparents. Snacks and washing liquid were provided which we appreciated. The accommodation came with a water filter which we used extensively. The pool was great and had good views of the town.

The location was a little out of the way and there wasn't a place to have a good coffee nearby, but that really isnt the host's fault. Sometimes other people in the building would use the lifts without drying off, making the lift floor wet and a little unsafe.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The place was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The location was convenient too, with Art of Oldtown and Concubine Lane about 2 km away. It is also conveniently located near convenience stores, mamak restaurants, and other amenities, so it was easy to get whatever we needed during our stay. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth.

Just one small thing during our stay, the swimming pool was closed, and the kids were quite disappointed as I had promised them they could enjoy the pool. 😅 We would really appreciate it if guests could be given a heads-up in advance whenever the pool is unavailable, so we can manage our expectations accordingly.

The accommodation itself is clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated, with many thoughtful details that make it feel welcoming and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, and the hosts clearly put a lot of effort into making sure their guests have everything they need for a pleasant stay. You can really tell that the hosts care about providing a good experience. They are very attentive and go the extra mile to help whenever needed. Questions and requests are answered quickly and thoughtfully, which makes you feel well looked after. We really appreciated the care and effort they put into making their guests feel comfortable.

Unfortunately, the building and its shared facilities were a different story. The main pool had green water and was not usable, while the two smaller pools were closed. As the pool is an important part of booking this type of accommodation, this was a real disappointment, especially for our daughter. We also experienced very loud recurring noise at night in our first apartment, which was located directly below the pool area. We were told that the issue had been fixed, but unfortunately the noise returned the following night. We were eventually able to move to another apartment on the third day, which we greatly appreciated. The host was genuinely helpful and did his best to resolve the problems, but unfortunately the condition of the shared facilities and the noise significantly affected our stay.
