Very convenient to everything. Quiet and for the most part comfortable.

Two beds were comfortable, front bedroom mattress was not. Needed an extra garbage bag and more toilet paper.

Location was great. Quiet neighborhood.

The house wasn't worth what I paid. Handles falling off kitchen cabinets. Chips on kitchen floor and a piece of the main room floor broken off. Towels poor quality. Kitchen pots, dishes and silverware cheap quality. TV's were difficult to use. Confusing. Second bedroom had wasp nest with wasps. Yard looked neglected ( tall grass, weeds, etc). Bedding sheets were poor quality and found pieces of hair on the bed I used. The attraction is it's close to The Ark Encounter. Man that communicated with me was polite and helpful. This place needs a lot of attention or drop your prices.
