The location was awesome. Great restaurants within walking distance! Laundry facilities right outside your door. Best gelato around the corner. Walk to all major historical sites.
Construction next door. But you can’t help that.

Location was perfect and the property was spotless
A few more dishes would have been great and a washing up brush with tea towel. There was only 2 cereal bowls and no washing up brush. There was a dishwasher but I couldn't justify putting it for only a few bits after breakfast each day.

The host was great. Good communication throughout and fast at responding. The apartment is in a great location near to Piazza Navona and so many different restaurants and shops.
Apartment configuration is slightly strange, the only bathroom is located in one of the bedrooms. This was fairly difficult to see through the photos when booking, but not a major issue.

Apartment is perfect for families with teens, with separate sleeping spaces and plenty of room. Fantastic location- grocery store and laundromat right next door, along with lively restaurants and shops just around the corner. Close to bus stops, as well. Walking distance to the Vatican, Pantheon and Piazza Navona. The upstairs loft is a great space for teens, but does have a steep staircase. Overall, fantastic location in a really neat building.
Unfortunately, it was 101F during out stay, and the AC didn’t work. The frustrating part was that the property manager wasn’t in the city so couldn’t bring us fans, the second night he brought one- for a family of four. Once the AC got repaired, it was lovely. Edoardo was great about getting it fixed and provided us with a partial refund on our stay, which was greatly appreciated.
