Ampio appartamento con bagno ristrutturato di recente. Posizionato in un contesto periferico, ma comunque decente. Complimenti all'host per le tante piccole attenzioni che migliorano il soggiorno. Particolarmente apprezzata la bottiglia di vino di benvenuto

Si trovava parcheggio nelle vicinanze, ma a volte bisognava girare un po'. Secondo piano senza ascensore. Per me che ero reduce da un problema al ginocchio non proprio il massimo. Non ricordo se fosse specificato nell'annuncio. E' il caso di saperlo

The stay was very enjoyable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The house was spotless and had all the amenities that helped us feel like home. Furthermore, we were always able to park practically in front of the house. In one of the days, there were some parking constraints in the street right beside the apartment and Alberto was kind enough to inform us in advance. We were also welcomed with a bottle of Sardinian wine :)

Le second lit est trop petit pour 2 personnes.

There are clean apartments, and then there is GioMari House. The place was absolutely spotless — rumour has it that the cleaner provides services to the Cosa Nostra. :-) The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed, and all the appliances were in excellent condition. Amenities like beach umbrella, anti mosquito devices were also available. The host, Alberto, thought of everything! The host explained everything clearly and made the whole check-in/out process very easy. Although the street parking situation looks busy, we never had any trouble finding a parking spot within 100 metres of the front door — even though we stayed for a full week. Overall, this place deserves a 10+ rating, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

One small thing to keep in mind: the second double bed is quite small (under 140 cm wide), so this is worth considering if you are travelling with teenagers or four adults.
