Location was great

I had no idea that you had to request that they made up your bed! The maid still hadn’t done at 4.30 each day & arrived as we got back each day, which wasn’t great. Very strange array of towel sizes, no complimentary water in the room, no wardrobe.

Closeness to arena and the staff

We loved everything about this property. I would not recommend staying anywhere else in Nashville. It is far enough back from downtown to avoid all the noise and feel safe but only a few blocks to walk to get to the action. It’s great for families. The staff alone are the gold to this hotel. They are wonderfully trained and even more so looked after by Management, which we could see on a daily basis while we were there they had a thank you lunch for the staff in the lobby area and it was so lovely to witness that. The bar area and the outdoor area are so welcoming and such a great place to hang out. The games in the lobby were great for my husband and daughter to play. The rooms are fantastic and spacious and modern everything about this hotel is amazing and I cannot forget to mention the amazing smell. I’m not sure what that was but every time we enter the lobby it just smelled like home fresh linen. The only thing missing from this hotel was a pool that we can do without that.

Nothing at all, I’ve even recommended all my friends to say they on their future trips to Nashville.

Location, bed & bedding

Expensive parking, Bottled water that is only free for members, taking two elevators to get to the room, paper thin walls, house keeping not refilling coffee capsules, no laundry room, no bathrobe, no slippers, unfinished room
