Location was great and the hostess were very kind and helpful. Also could stay on the lounge chairs located in front of the hotel.

The cabin itself was good and clean. However, our bed was broken before we arrived causing the matras to be concave in the middle. This could be fixed but everytime we moved in the bed, it would fall again. This made sleeping a bit of a hassle. Breakfast was also very simple. This was our most expensive stay in Albania and had a least experience. It was fine but we would have expected a bit more.

Really nice stay, and the staff were so nice as well. We did kayaking, and the staff even suggested some activities like a hike to a viewpoint. Breakfast was inclusive, had to pay for boats over. Extremely responsive and helpful

Inside the hut was cold, colder than it was outside so we had to turn the AC on. There was a bad smell (we believe from the bathroom)

Villa’s Gio is a gem on the Shala River. Wonderful location with excellent food, great vibe, and spectacular scenery. Niki and the entire team are fantastic hosts.

It was clean and was a nice set up. Overall the accommodation wasn’t too bad just Shala River as a whole was disappointing.

Very loud if your conjoining neighbour coming in and out and door a lot. It felt like someone was opening to door to our room when it was actually next door. Light and shadows coming into room as blinds don’t cover all of the window. Staff were friendly but with lack of staff it was hard to get a timely responses for the money we paid. Shala River as a whole was disappointing. Trash everywhere starting with the lake coming to this accommodation. Dirty nappies, cigarettes and piles of trash left around the river - not speaking on this accommodations staff but it felt like no one was taking accountability of this trash which allowed it to flow into the beautiful water. We left a night early cause we couldn’t handle it. Wouldn’t recommend staying in this area full stop but as for this accommodation it wasn’t too bad but too expensive for this experience.
