Visited in the beginning of September with my family. The place is very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by greenery, yet very close to the nearest beach - around 10 mins walk (although you have to cross railway track to get there). It is perfect for families or a group of friends who prefer calm atmosphere as opposed to overcrowded beaches and loud city vibes. Keep in mind that the place is a bit remote though and you have to drive to nearest stores, restaurants, etc. The house is very nice, clean and well equipped with all the necessary facilities. Hosts were amazing. They immediately responded to all of our requests and promptly met our needs. They hosted us with delicious Khatchapuri and fresh fruits and vegetables from their garden.

The location was perfect for us. House was new, clean and well equipped. Mattress was very comfortable and outdoor space was relaxing. Owner was super helpful and really cared about us. All our requests were addressed immediately.
It would be great to add some storage spaces and additional options for drying clothes. But the property is already great.
