Clean, newly renovated, and in a location that couldn't be better. Very centrally located, close to all major tourist places. I came to Serbia for the first time, and the owner, Nana, welcomed me personally and made me feel at home in a new country; she answered all my questions during my stay and was always easy to reach. She was kind enough to accommodate both of my requests for early checkin and late check out. The property has all the necessities and a private lift, which made accessibility easy. Good security!

Communication with the host was excellent from the very beginning. The apartment was ready even before the scheduled check-in time. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The apartment is in an outstanding location, in the pedestrian zone right in the city center. If you need parking, there is a large paid garage nearby (at Obilićev Venac), just a few minutes from the accommodation. The apartment looks exactly like the photos, it is clean and equipped with all the essentials, electric kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. A separate elevator leads to the apartment's balcony, but you can also use stairs. All major city center attractions are within walking distance. There are many shops, restaurants, and pharmacies nearby, everything you might need. I highly recommend the apartment and the exceptional hosts, thank you!

OMG!!! Nana is the best host EVER!!! She is an incredibly welcoming and hospitable woman! This is hands down my best experience on Booking.com. This small apartment has such a good vibe. Please take care of it so as many people as possible can enjoy it. The furniture and the bed are brand new and in excellent condition. The mattress is super comfortable and high-quality (people rarely mention this in reviews, but it's true!). The bedding and pillows are fresh and feel completely new. The bathroom is sparkling clean with absolutely no bad smells. Also, the Wi-Fi is perfect, which was a huge plus for me since I needed to work. When choosing these apartments, make sure to look closely at the photos—Nana offers two different rooms. One is larger, and the other is slightly smaller but comes with a balcony. I stayed in the larger one. The windows face the courtyard, so it’s extremely quiet! No annoying noises at night at all! Just a heads-up for future guests: there is no kitchen or washing machine in the apartment. This wasn't an issue for me at all, but it's good to know. However, there is a small fridge, a coffee maker, and a mini-bar with drinks. The Smart TV works flawlessly. You can already see on Google Maps that this place is in the perfect location, right in the heart of the Old Town!
