Location with pool & river view. Spacious for a couple. Quiet location at rear of complex despite truck noise in the driveway. Overall comfortable.
No allocated parking spot per unit. No lift, no spa, poor stairwell lighting for night time. No bathroom fan. Resulting in a possum entering and spent day sleeping on bathroom window cil as we left open a small garage overnight for steam ventilation. Complimentary milk was half used. No tissues supplied. Coffee machine was hidden away - this should be on display with small amount of coffee to start.

Location was excellent and free parking, really nice pool area protected from the wind
There are stairs, but they do let you know that when you book it also you can see in everyone else’s apartments. I didn’t really like that.

Great position and good pool area
It was not very clean. The washing machine is funky so was not going to wash my clothes in there. I pulled out the sofa couch and it had lots of dirty sheets and biscuits in it. The cutlery and plates and bowls are not clean. I have stayed at hotel laguna for years and always been good this is my first time at air bnb and will not do it again

"Very easy to collect keys, although I went to the wrong front desk. Ended up being the front desk of the appartments next door. Maybe let people know what. Otherwise, it was really great. Thx."
