The overall cleanliness and safety aspects of the property need to be improved. The driveway and footpath around the house needs water blasting, the manhole at the corner of the flat needs to be covered, there needs to be separate garbage bins for the flat, the entire carpet needs changing, a proper kitchenette needs to be installed that includes a kitchen sink and cooking appliances with proper dining table and chairs, the sofa needs to be steam cleaned, the bed needs thorough cleaning, all windows need to be modernized, and the lounge and bedroom need to be swapped around.
