Clean & comfortable apartment for 4 people. Great central location within walking distance to the CBD, West End, Southbank & surrounds.
Some minor issues with bathroom lights - needs maintenance.

Good location & roof top pool
Excess mould on shower tiles which simply wiped off on your fingers when touched.
Excess dirt etc on bathroom floor corners, simply needs a vacuum & clean.
Broken door latch out to balcony.
Bathroom sink tap lever comes off.
Sliding door from bathroom to bedroom needs fixing as doesn’t close.
