Breakfast was very good, and the people cooking & serving it (Deanna, Rodrigo & Neme) were very nice and helpful in every way. The room was well appointed & comfortable.
Kitchen facilities were incomplete - we couldn't cook there.

The staff were kind throughout our stay and were quick to respond to our messages. The room was large, comfortable, and bright.
Personally, I prefer the Condessa and Roma Norte areas, but there are still good options for restaurants and cafes here, and it's easy to access the metro and the other main city areas.
The room was for two people, but there was only one hand towel; we had to ask for more towels twice.
Breakfast options are limited and takes a while to be prepared, but on the positive side they were able to prepare a snack for us when we had a tour before breakfast time.

Facilities and location
The service. Very bad service, I had 3 situations:
1. We booked a room for 2 adults and 1 12-year old kid. When we arrived, the room had just 1 double bed. They changed the room for a 2 bed and at 11 pm they made us change to the original room (with 1 pregnant woman and 1 kid). They didn’t give an additional bed, they made the kid sleep on a sofa (very uncomfortable). No apologies or compensation were made for this.
2. We asked for extra blankets, and there were none.
3. Breakfast was too slow. Wait time of approx 30 min
