The two female staff members were very good and friendly; their service was the highlight of the stay.
Unfair Charges: "I was very disappointed with the 1,000 THB deposit and the fact that 200 THB was deducted for a small mark. This felt like an excessive and unfair charge."
• Inconvenient Policies: "The mandatory 'shoes-off' policy is not acceptable for a hotel of this type and was very inconvenient during my stay.
