Lovely open space, 2 floors, natural light filled the room. Clean bathroom with all the amenities necessary. Easy to understand instructions for accessing property. 8/10min walk to metro. Same with the tram.
Genuinely amazing this is a tiny detail but there was no salt or pepper provided. I know this is very small it’s just a thing you don’t think about that would’ve been nice.

Good communicatiom with host, pretty close to the sea location, (20 mins walk) well connected with the center with a few bus lines. Pleasant neighbourhood with a number of cafes and tapas bars.

Квартира чистая, стильная. Все новое.
В квартире все есть для жизни и отдыха.
Тихий район. Рядом есть продуктовый магазин и несколько кафе.
До центра можно дойти пешком (не спеша минут 50), до моря минут 10-15. Если нужен транспорт, рядом есть остановка автобуса (мы не ездили)

The apartment is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. Spacious and perfect for 4 people. The location is great: close to a bus station and several supermarkets. There’s even a small garden nearby to enjoy a coffee break, and the beach is just a 15-minute walk away! The host was very kind, quick to respond, and extremely helpful !
We enjoyed everything, an ideal loft to live a wonderful experience in Valencia. I highly recommend it!
