I think this was an old frat house… but when we pulled up the garage door was open and toys all over the driveway. The 2 back doors were unlocked when we went in too.
We got in and the ADT alarm would not stop beeping. Walter was quick to help and very courteous.
We emptied a lot of moldy food out of the fridge and moldy coffee grounds in the coffee pot.
We cleaned up all the toys and closed the garage door too.
Other than that little stuff, the house was big and had a good amount of space for several people to hang out.
